Cleaning

Vikima Seed operates 5 individual cleaning lines, with newest cleaning technology. We handle all items of small size seed. Each individual cleaning line has big capacity, which include:

– pre-cleaning- debearder- brushing machine- fine screen cleaner with air-seperation – length separators- gravity table- colour sorting- sizing- spiral cleaning etc…

Our cleaning lines are controlled and operated both manually but mainly electronically. Automatic official seed-sampler are installed on all cleaning lines, to ensure independent and representative lot samples, in respect of growers and customers.

Furthermore, we operate 29 individual drying lines, supported with dry air via dehumidifier, with daily capacity of 180 tons.
